TSC Lugano prediction 2024-11-07

TSC vs Lugano prediction: EUROPE: Conference League – League phase betting tips on match 2024-11-06 17:45.
[p]Two sides which have experienced starkly different starts to their UEFA Conference League campaigns meet here as TSC host Lugano. Losing to Partizan at the weekend following two goals conceded before the 20-minute mark was the latest illustration of TSC’s struggles both domestically and in Europe, as they sit on just 19 points after 13 Serbian SuperLiga games in 2024/25 – the second-lowest such total in their top-flight history. [/p]

[p]UEFA competition has offered little respite, and after being beaten 3-0 by Legia Warsaw in their last Conference League home outing, spirits might be low after a second successive loss without scoring to open their league-phase campaign. And carrying with them a dire eight-match losing streak in Europe might mean that the TSC Arena faithful are forced to watch a fourth straight defeat on their own turf. [/p]

[p]Things are much brighter over at Lugano, with Mattia Croci-Torti’s side enjoying a four-game unbeaten run (W3, D1) – a sequence which includes a 1-0 Conference League away win over MladĂĄ Boleslav. That means they’ve taken six points from six in this competition so far this season without conceding, aiding their quest for a first-ever advancement from the UEFA group stages.  [/p]

[p]Furthermore, they’ve lost just once in their last seven away outings (W3, D3), with that Swiss Super League defeat to Yverdon-Sport also the only time that they have conceded more than once during that sequence. Therefore, they’ll arrive here against their wounded hosts with confidence, particularly after overcoming another Serbian club, Partizan, in UEFA Europa league qualifying earlier in the year![/p]

[p]Players to watch: Having scored in TSC’s last home outing – one of three goal contributions (G2, A1) in his last two appearances, Ifet Đakovac will be eyeing another impact here. But watch out for Lugano attacker Ignacio Aliseda, who is in superb form with four goal involvements in his last three games (G3, A1) while his side haven’t lost any of the six matches this season in which he’s found the net. [/p]

[p]Hot stat: Three of TSC’s last five goals have been penalties![/p]
