Dyn. Kyiv Ferencvaros prediction 2024-11-07

Dyn. Kyiv vs Ferencvaros prediction: EUROPE: Europa League – League phase betting tips on match 2024-11-06 20:00.
[p]Whilst a 5-2 win over the weekend kept Dynamo Kyiv at the Ukrainian Premier League summit, their UEFA Europa League (UEL) form sharply juxtaposes that as they remain pointless and near the foot of the table (L3). Hoping to turn that around here in their adopted European home of Hamburg, Dynamo can point to their unbeaten record against Hungarian opposition for hope (W4, D1), a record which began in a 1975 final against FerencvĂĄros.[/p]

[p]Playing in Hamburg hasn’t worked out well for Dynamo, who were beaten 3-0 by Lazio in their UEL opener here. Falling behind after just five minutes in that game, Dynamo have now trailed for a tragic league-high 83% of their UEL matches at any venue so far in this league phase. Playing the part of European nomads could yet prove costly once again, as the Ukrainians have failed to win four of their last five ‘home’ games across various European stadiums (D1, L3). [/p]

[p]Much like their hosts, Ferencváros maintained their position at the top of their domestic league with a draw over the weekend, but they’re also struggling with just three points after as many rounds of this UEL campaign. Despite their outsider status, the visitors may expect to cause a minor shock here after navigating the group stages of both the UEL and the Conference League in each of the last two campaigns.[/p]

[p]Playing away from Hungary could make that task considerably more difficult as Ferencváros travel here having lost seven of their last eight UEL away games in the competition proper, including their most recent four. Keeping it tight early will be key to success here, as they’ve conceded one goal per first half on average across that aforementioned away losing streak, including two goals in the opening ten minutes across those four trips. [/p]

[p]Players to watch: Contributing to one-third of Dynamo’s domestic league goals (G4, A5), Mykola Shaparenko scored before half-time in four of his last five competitive scoring games. The discerning European fan may remember FerencvĂĄros’ Adama TraorĂ©, who featured in famous wins against Real Madrid and Shakhtar Donetsk for former club Sheriff, whilst also scoring against the Ukrainian outfit.  [/p]

[p]Hot streak: Dynamo Kyiv failed to score in each of their last five UEL games as the designated ‘home’ team (L5), including their last one in Kyiv (March 2021). [/p]
