Dyn. Kyiv Plzen prediction 2024-11-28

Dyn. Kyiv vs Plzen prediction: EUROPE: Europa League – League phase betting tips on match 2024-11-27 17:45.
[p]Dynamo Kyiv’s UEFA Europa League (UEL) campaign could not be going any less according to plan, as they sit bottom of the table after four losses. Not only are the Ukrainians without a point in the competition’s league phase, they’re also without a single goal to their name, and the hope will be that back-to-back domestic wins either side of the international break will galvanise them in Europe. [/p]

[p]Luckily for Oleksandr Shovkovskyi’s men, the new format of UEFA competitions leaves them with plenty of time to salvage something from the remaining four games, but kickstarting that endeavour here seems unlikely as the Blue and Whites have won just three of their last 18 European matches as the designated home team, including qualifiers (D4, L11). Perhaps their extensive knowledge of clubs from the Czech Republic will aid them in this tie against Viktoria Plzeň, given that Dynamo have had the upper hand in such meetings (W7, D5, L4). [/p]

[p]Plzeň will be out to prove that they’re different from the majority of those Czech teams – with this being the first-ever H2H – and in turn continue their unbeaten record against Ukrainian outfits (W3, D1), while they’re also without defeat in this season’s UEL (W4, D0 in qualifying and W1, D3 in the league phase). [/p]

[p]That victory came in their last such appearance in a 2-1 triumph over Real Sociedad, despite being sizeable underdogs, and it’s a result that seems to have inspired Miroslav Koubek’s men, who have won both their subsequent matches ‘to nil’. Plzeň should have no worries about emulating that winning form on the road either, as they boast an impressive record of just one loss in their last 12 European away games, including qualifiers (W8, D3).[/p]

[p]Players to watch: Vitaliy Buyalskyi might be pushing for a second successive league-phase start of the campaign after contributing a goal and two assists at the weekend, especially since all four of his goals this season have helped win his side the contest. Plzeň’s Daniel Vašulín is in a similar boat after coming on to net the winner against Sociedad, contributing to his exceptional record of avoiding defeat in his last 41 club matches when getting on the scoresheet (W35, D6). [/p]

[p]Hot stat: There have been nine goals scored after the 80th minute in Plzeň’s last nine games. [/p]
