Brighton Fulham prediction 2025-03-08

Brighton vs Fulham prediction: ENGLAND: Premier League betting tips on match 2025-03-07 15:00.
[p]Brighton remain in hot pursuit of European football for next season, and their prospects have been boosted by a run of three successive Premier League wins. Nine goals scored and just one conceded in that run shows just how well the Seagulls are playing, and another win here would see them win four consecutive top-flight matches for the first time since May 1981. [/p]

[p]That will be easier said than done against a Fulham side who are not only one place and point below them in the table, but have also proved tough opposition for Brighton. None of the nine Premier League H2Hs have gone Brighton’s way (D4, L5) – both the most they have faced an opponent without winning and the most Fulham have faced a side without losing in the competition![/p]

[p]Just like their hosts, Fulham booked their place in the FA Cup quarter-final on Sunday as they beat Manchester United on penalties. That was a fifth successive away win across all competitions for Marco Silva’s men, with all but Sunday’s victory seeing the Cottagers score exactly two goals. [/p]

[p]Currently on six, another win here would already match Fulham’s best-ever top-flight return in terms of away league victories. Silva’s men sit seven points better off than at the same stage last season, so solid foundations are certainly in place as the visitors mount an assault on the European places, with just a single point separating them from the top-seven pre-round.[/p]

[p]Players to watch: João Pedro has netted the opening goal in Brighton’s last two Premier League victories, and could score in three successive top-flight matches for the first time in his career. All nine of Raúl Jiménez’s Premier League goals this season have either put Fulham ahead (six) or drawn them level (three). [/p]

[p]Hot streak: Brighton have led at half-time in each of their last three Premier League games, and could do so in a fourth here for the first time since May 2022. [/p]
