Fulham Everton prediction 2025-05-10

Fulham vs Everton prediction: ENGLAND: Premier League betting tips on match 2025-05-09 14:00.
[p]Things are falling apart at the wrong time for Fulham, as a run of three defeats from their last four Premier League games (W1) has not only dented their European ambitions, but has also seen them drop out of the top ten. Marco Silva’s men start the round in 11th, albeit just two points behind Bournemouth in eighth, so remain in contention on both fronts. [/p]

[p]This is a huge game to keep those slim European ambitions alive, and Everton are likely to be seen as a welcome opponent for the Cottagers. Not only do the visitors seem to be going through the motions with little to play for, but Fulham have a strong recent record against them with no defeat in the last six league meetings (W3, D3), though none of those three wins came at Craven Cottage.  [/p]

[p]Mid-table Everton squandered a 2-0 lead against already-relegated Ipswich to draw 2-2 last week and extend their recent slump to just one win in ten league games (D6, L3). That was the fourth time this season they’d failed to win despite leading by 2+ goals, which is the joint-highest such figure in the Premier League since West Brom in 2013/14.[/p]

[p]The Toffees’ tail-off in form seems to coincide with confirming their Premier League safety earlier in the campaign, yet David Moyes will want a better finish from his men as the club looks to embark on a new era this summer as they move to a new ground. Just one win from their previous ten Premier League trips to London is unlikely to boost confidence that will happen here (D4, L5), yet Everton have lost just two of their last nine trips to Fulham (W3, D4).[/p]

[p]Players to watch: Alex Iwobi made 140 appearances for Everton before switching to Fulham, and he haunted his former side when scoring against them in a 1-1 draw earlier in the season. Beto, scorer in that game and against Ipswich last week, has netted seven goals in all competitions in 2025, more than any Everton player managed in the whole of 2024.[/p]

[p]Hot stat: Everton have drawn 15 Premier League games this season, the most of any team in a single season since Sunderland in 2014/15 (17).[/p]
