Liverpool Fulham prediction 2023-12-03

Liverpool vs Fulham prediction: ENGLAND: Premier League betting tips on match 2023-12-02 14:00.
[p]Liverpool enter December hoping for more consistency compared to November’s output, where they won only half of their six games in all competitions (D2, L1). Four of their first five fixtures in the previous month were on the road, culminating in their hard-fought 1-1 draw at Manchester City to cement their Premier League (PL) title ambitions, before rounding off November at Anfield with a 4-0 drubbing of LASK to secure top-spot in their UEFA Europa League group in midweek.[/p]

[p]The Kop will be expecting more of the same when their Reds take on Fulham here, whose shock 1-0 win at Anfield in March 2021 served as the launching pad for Liverpool to go unbeaten in 47 of their 48 PL home games since (W37, D10). That was the rare exception when it comes to this particular fixture, with Liverpool only ever losing twice in 36 home matches against Fulham (W25, D9).[/p]

[p]That’s not to say this will be a walk in the park for Liverpool though, as Fulham have enjoyed visiting Merseyside of late, winning four of their last five trips to Goodison Park and Anfield collectively (L1). The visitors were notoriously known for their struggles on Merseyside prior to that, with their recent success a far cry from their struggles prior, where they registered only one victory in their first 55 league visits to either Liverpool or Everton before this mini revival. [/p]

[p]Their most recent victory in these parts came on the opening day of this PL season where Marco Silva’s men beat Everton 1-0, but they’ve failed to win any of their six away league games since (D3, L3). The Cottagers do make the trip off the back of a victory this time though, edging out Wolves 3-2 at Craven Cottage on Monday night with a 94th-minute winner which ended a four-game winless PL run (D1, L3).[/p]

[p]Players to watch: Darwin Núñez scored his first PL goal away at Fulham last season, and Liverpool will be hoping he adds another having won all five home PL matches he’s scored in. The ace up the visitors’ sleeve could be their hero against Wolves in Willian, who has avoided defeat in each of his three goalscoring appearances against Liverpool (W2, D1).[/p]

[p]Hot streak: None of the last 11 H2Hs between these sides at Anfield has seen both teams score.[/p]
