SK Rapid Noah prediction 2024-10-24

SK Rapid vs Noah prediction: EUROPE: Conference League – League phase betting tips on match 2024-10-23 16:45.
[p]Unbeaten in their last nine games (W6, D3) and targeting a fourth successive victory, Rapid Vienna will take on Armenian opposition for the first time in their history as Noah visit the Allianz Stadion in the UEFA Conference League. The Austrians, who finished as runners-up in the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in 1985 and 1996, are still searching for their first UEFA title but began this league phase with a 2-1 away win against Istanbul Başakşehir.[/p]

[p]That was their third win from their last four European away games (L1) and in Vienna, where they have lost just one of their last nine in Europe (W5, D3), they are even stronger. It’s also where they earned a 2-1 victory in their domestic league on Sunday to consolidate second place and remain only one point from the top of the Austrian Bundesliga.[/p]

[p]After beginning their Conference League qualifying campaign in mid-July, Noah are playing catch-up in terms of games played in the Armenian Premier League, but they are also in excellent form. They should arrive in Vienna full of confidence after winning 5-0 at home against Van on Sunday following a 6-0 victory away at Alashkert four days earlier, their best set of back-to-back league results since joining the top flight in 2018/19.[/p]

[p]This is the second time this season that Rui Mota’s side have written some positive history after they also became the first team to successfully navigate all four qualifying rounds of the Conference League! Noah had no problem in their opening league stage game either, defeating Mladá Boleslav 2-0, but this trip to Austria could prove to be tougher, as they have won only one of their six away games in Europe (D1, L4) since debuting in continental competition during the 2020/21 season.[/p]

[p]Players to watch: Dion Beljo began this month with an assist in the Conference League victory in Turkey, before scoring in successive games for both Rapid Vienna and Croatia U21s, getting the opening goal in three of those four appearances. Virgile Pinson scored and assisted in the 2-0 win over Mladá Boleslav to take his tally to eight goal contributions (G4, A4) from eight Conference League matches this season.[/p]

[p]Hot stat: Rapid Vienna scored first in all but one of their ten competitive home games this season (W7, D2).[/p]
