Stuttgart Eintracht Frankfurt prediction 2024-04-13

Stuttgart vs Eintracht Frankfurt prediction: GERMANY: Bundesliga betting tips on match 2024-04-12 16:30.
[p]With six games of the season to go, Stuttgart, who are on track for their first top-three finish in the Bundesliga since 2008/09, host sixth-placed Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday evening. Level on points with second-placed Bayern Munich ahead of this weekend, the Reds’ turnaround under Sebastian Hoeneß has been nothing short of remarkable after he took over last April with the team bottom of the table.[/p]

[p]Home form has been crucial to that huge improvement, with Stuttgart dropping points at the MHPArena in just four league games this season (W10, D3, L1). Two of those disappointments have come in the last three such matches though, including a 3-3 draw with Heidenheim which saw three goals and a red card from the 84th minute onwards! [/p]

[p]Frankfurt could well contribute to another entertaining clash here as the last eight H2Hs have seen both teams score, while the Eagles travel south looking to defend an excellent recent record in Stuttgart which has seen them win on four of their last five visits (D1) and not lose there since February 2018. However, they were beaten 2-1 in last November’s reverse fixture and their overall form from the start of February onwards has been poor in all competitions (W2, D6, L3), including no victory in their last three games (D2, L1).[/p]

[p]Despite taking an early lead in their last away encounter at Borussia Dortmund, Dino Toppmöller’s men lost 3-1 as they conceded two or more goals on the road for the seventh time in their last nine league matches. But Frankfurt are looking good for a top-six finish and a sixth European campaign in seven seasons, as they come into this round with the sides in seventh, eighth and ninth all six points behind them. [/p]

[p]Players to watch: Deniz Undav has scored six times in his last four home starts – the four most recent of which arrived after the 55th minute – and he also netted both of Stuttgart’s goals in the 2-1 H2H win in November. Equally as influential, Ansgar Knauff has scored eight times for Frankfurt so far this season, with six of those strikes coming in away fixtures.[/p]

[p]Hot streak: Stuttgart haven’t conceded a first-half goal in their last nine games.[/p]
